31 Minutes is a popular children’s television show created by the production company Aplaplac and broadcasted since March 2013 by the Chilean public television channel (TVN). The programme features the adventures of a team of puppets leading an unusual news programme presented by Tulio Triviño, where the unexpected is always around the corner. Much of its content is educative, getting a clear message across to its viewers.

One of the show’s most popular characters, Juan Carlos Bodoque, has become more than a fiction hero by dealing with important topics through his Green News. In this section of the programme, Bodoque has reached people from all ages by showing the harm humans cause everyday to the environment as well as how to prevent it.
